"iGO Mad Sale – ROUND 1" terms and conditions:
- "iGO Mad Sale – ROUND 1" (the "Promotion") runs from 29 September 2021, 10:00 a.m. to 10 November 2021, 09:59 a.m. ("Promotion Period") (both dates inclusive).
- The Promotion is applicable to Applicable Credit Cards that have enrolled the DBS$ Redemption Scheme under the DBS$ Reward Scheme (this condition is not applicable to COMPASS Visa).
- Cardholders book hotel / flight / package at the Website with the Applicable credit card during the Promotion Period can enjoy the conversion rate of DBS$1 (or $1 COMPASS Dollar) = HK$3, to pay for the booking item by using the accumulated DBS$ ( Or COMPASS Dollar) (the “Offer”). Offer will be automatically deducted from the total amount of booking if a Cardholder adjust the quantity of DBS$ (or COMPASS Dollar) at “Select the Amount of DBS$ to Use” field of “Checkout” page of the Website, and the remaining balance will be shown in the “total amount”. The use of DBS$ or COMPASS Dollar must be used before completing any booking. The Bank and Merchant will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fails to fulfill this requirement and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer.
- Each booking can redeem a maximum of DBS$3,000 or $3,000 COMPASS Dollar. Promo code is not required to enjoy the Offer.
- Offer is not applicable to the administration fee.
- Once the Offer is used, no alteration is allowed. The offer is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
General terms and conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers:
- Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage （"Offers"） are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) （"Applicable Credit Cards"） issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"）（"Cardholders"）.
- Promotion is only applicable to the booking made with Applicable Credit Cards at iGO Rewards website （"Website"）.
- Cardholders have to login DBS Card+ ID via DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”), and then choose iGO Rewards so as to login the Website with an Applicable Credit Card for any booking; for those Cardholders who do not have DBS Card+ accounts, please register first.
- A booking administration fee of HK$50 will be deducted from the Applicable Credit Card account for each iGO Rewards booking.
- Offer is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
